1Description of the Service

BoldBattle is a social platform based on challenges, multimedia content and competitive interactions between users.

2Requirements

To use BoldBattle, users must be at least 16 years old and comply with applicable laws.

3Safety and Personal Responsibility

Challenges and battles on BoldBattle must be performed safely, legally and responsibly. Users participate in challenges entirely at their own civil and criminal responsibility. BoldBattle is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, fines, penalties or any consequences resulting from users’ actions while performing challenges.

4Prohibited Content

Publishing illegal, offensive, violent, pornographic or rights-infringing content is strictly prohibited.

5Dangerous or Harassing Challenges

Challenges involving dangerous behavior, illegal activities, harassment of strangers, self-harm, vandalism, violence, stalking or any conduct that may endanger users or third parties are strictly forbidden.

6Moderation

BoldBattle reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts or limit features in case of rule violations.

7User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content published through their account and declare they own the necessary rights to publish it.

8Content Ownership

Uploaded content remains the property of users, but BoldBattle receives the necessary license to host and display such content.

9Points, Badges and Rankings

Chaos Points, badges, rankings and other gamified elements have no real-world monetary value. In case of suspension or ban for rule violations, users automatically lose points, badges, rankings and progress without compensation.

10Limitation of Liability

BoldBattle is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or service continuity.

11Account Termination

Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or permanently banned. Grounds for termination include:

• Hate speech
• Harassment or threats
• Spam
• Vote manipulation
• Copyright infringement
• Illegal content
• Dangerous challenges
• Unauthorized recordings
